Uhmmm, thank you Sir.

The path to becoming sovereign is never smooth, it burns. And to walk it is to choose pain over paralysis.

Oh my👌

This is an insightful piece, thank you so much, Sir Israel. I have a question, and it is about agency, How does one become a high agency person?

Thank you, sir.

Becoming a high agency person starts with cultivating a mindset of responsibility and control.

The degree to which you can truly take hold of your destiny and chart your course in life is directly tied to your ability to exercise agency. This simply means that you must learn to make intentional decisions and then take full responsibility for the outcomes.

You must leave nothing to chance and reject victimhood. You must never shift blame to others. Every excuse you give is a surrender of your personal power; Every blame you pass on is a potential lesson unlearned. Nobody will have a perfect journey. You just need to keep moving while you refine your approach one step at a time.

True freedom lies in owning your choices and their consequences; it is recognizing that inaction is itself a choice. It is acknowledging external influences or circumstances without being defined by them. Make it a practice of always looking within before considering external factors.

There are uncomfortable truths you must confront. You are not helpless, you have just chosen comfort over growth. Both cannot coexist. Know this and know peace: your context will attempt to define you. You can either accept it or reject it. But you will always hold the higher power to change your life or leave it as it is.
